KEY ACCOUNT & PROJECT MANAGER — BUSINESS UNITS
If you can read a business, diagnose what's broken, and move the right resources to make it work… we want to meet you.
We're looking for a Key Account & Project Manager — Business Units to take full ownership of a real portfolio of business units within the Ranga / Mindo ecosystem. Someone who understands that managing isn't coordinating tasks — it's owning outcomes.
This is not a role for someone who reports. It's for someone who answers.
PROFITABILITY & GROWTH
Own the P&L of each unit directly: revenue, costs, gross margin, and expense variance.
Build and manage the budget per unit with monthly tracking and corrective actions on deviations.
Identify and formalize new revenue streams, upsell opportunities, and vertical expansion.
Define commercial and pricing strategy per unit alongside leadership, aligned with each business model.
For underperforming units: present a quarterly recovery plan to leadership — with actions, owners, and KPIs. No plan, no operation.
OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Serve as the operational authority of the portfolio: roadmap, milestones, owners, and deadlines — everything in order, everything on time.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Community Managers, Designers, vendors, operators).
Anticipate risks and blockers before they create impact. Escalate to leadership with solutions, not just problems.
Deliver the monthly closing report per unit within the first 3 business days: simplified P&L, operational status, and alerts.
Manage paused units: status tracking, reactivation conditions, and active contractual obligations.
GOVERNANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Keep project tracking updated weekly in the agency's PM tool. No exceptions.
Standardize SOPs and ensure the team operates under them.
Document learnings at the close of every cycle: what worked, what didn't, what changes.
Guarantee full traceability and transparency of operational and financial information to leadership.
What you will do:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
3–5 years managing P&L, multi-business operations, or business unit leadership.
Background in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or services.
You read a basic financial statement and know what to do with what you see.
You've coordinated multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent) and Google Workspace.
Executive-level communication: upward with leadership, lateral with teams and partners.
Sharp judgment to diagnose and decide fast.
Real ownership: what's broken bothers you, and you move to fix it.
The ability to hold multiple fronts simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
What you need:
You'll manage real business units with direct impact on the agency's results.
Your decisions show up: in the P&L, in the operation, in the growth.
A team that values autonomy, judgment, and execution capacity.
An environment where every cycle is an opportunity to build something better.
